Progressive Dinner Party Theme

A progressive dinner party theme is a great way to get people together to enjoy great food and great company.
It is best held with people who live in the same neighborhood. Each guest picks a course he/she would like to
serve - cocktails, appetizers, salad, main course, dessert, after dinner drinks. You can have as few or as many
courses as you would like.
It's best to limtit the hosts to 3 to 4, so that guests are not rushed and can enjoy the time spent at each house.
Limit the number of guests to the number of people the smallest home on the tour can accommodate comfortably.
Guests start out at the first house and make their way to each house, eating each course of the meal at a different
house. It's a good idea to create a schedule to ensure there is enough time to visit each home. It's a great way to enjoy the holidays with freinds and family without putting all the burden on one family.
It's also a great opportunity to show off your home all decorated for the holidays.
A progressive dinner party can also be held monthly with a different theme for each month.
